Policies

• Cancellation Policy: All shoots require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking Sessions may be rescheduled up to 2 times before deposit is void. Any changes must be done with 48 hours notice. Clients are responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to rescheduling.

• Hourly rate includes all time on set including set up and tear down.

• Clients will receive an online digital gallery of proofs from their session via email for image selection within 3 days of their shoot

• Please allow up to 2 weeks for editing, if a quicker turn around time is needed please mention this when booking. Depending on the nature of the project a rush editing fee may apply.

• Raw .cr2 files will not be released.

• Client does not have posting rights to any unpurchased images, this includes screenshots of proof gallery.

Pre-Shoot tips

Depending on the nature of your shoot please consider you or your models beauty and grooming services and routines where applicable. Some examples:

• Do not get beauty services in the days prior to your shoot which may cause redness, flaking, or swelling

• Bring appropriate undergarments

• Moisturize your skin

• Bring necessary grooming tools for touch ups between shots.

• Have clean and manicured nails

• Stay hydrated before and during your shoot

• Be prepared for weather or temperature conditions

• Take extra care with makeup if not using a professional makeup artist.

• Avoid getting sunburns and tan lines prior to your shoot

• Be conscious of using products with zinc or talc bases as it can create an ashy look under bright lights.
